About ZMSC Shanghai Zhengxiang Machinery Subassembly (ZMSC) set up in 1998, We restructured from state-owned Shanghai Jinggu Engine Parts Factory (since 1971) into private enterprise. We occupy an area of 22,800 square meters, we have our own QC workshop and more than 200 pieces of equipment including the special ones.
Our Qualification
Our operations are ISO 9001:2000-certified, and we were one of the first auto parts suppliers to gain QS 9000 certification in 2000. As one of the top manufacturers of ABS gear rings (ABS sensor rings) in China, we have been handling OEM orders for nearly 10 years and have yet to receive a complaint about quality.
Our Production
We manufacture up to 3 million ABS gear rings (ABS sensor rings) per year. Due to our experience and sophisticated production processes for ABS gear rings, we have strong advantage not only for the price but also for the quality and after service of ABS gear ring. Thanks to our wealth of experience, we manufacturer shaft for many world famous companies, such as Caterpillar and Konecranes. We manufacture up to 30,000 tons of shafts per year. We also export at port machinery field, we cooperated with Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co., Ltd.(ZPMC) more than 10 years.
